Zero training guarantee

We strictly guarantee that your proprietary organization data, documents, database schemas, chat transcripts, and pipeline outputs are **never** utilized to train external LLMs, machine learning models, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver enterprise multi-agent workflows and data integrations:

  • Account Information: Name, professional email address, company tenant choice, login credentials, and single sign-on (SSO/OIDC) identifiers.
  • Integration Credentials: Access tokens and metadata required to run connectors (e.g. Google Drive, Jira, Salesforce, Slack) securely mapped inside your tenant.
  • Usage telemetry: Tool executions, capability runs, response latency logs, and administrative actions used for platform dashboard diagnostics.

3. How We Process Your Data

Your information is processed to execute autonomous agent capabilities:

  • To fetch document context under your instruction via active connectors (RAG).
  • To route your prompt parameters to selected LLM backends (such as Google Vertex, OpenAI, Claude Sonnet).
  • To run diagnostic scripts (Data Janitor, Comparative Analyzers) inside secure, sandboxed execution scopes.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors

To provide model execution and Web Search capabilities, RHA One integrates with select subprocessors. These providers only process data on an as-needed basis under strict enterprise compliance terms:

  • LLM Providers: OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Anthropic, Groq Cloud, Moonshot AI (Kimi).
  • Search & Transcription: Brave Search, Tavily, Perplexity, Deepgram.
