Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you browse websites. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, deliver persistent features, and provide analytics information to website administrators.
2. How We Use Cookies
RHA One uses both cookies and local storage tokens to deliver secure session states, remember workspace settings, and monitor site health:
- Essential Session Cookies: Temporary cookies used to track active single sign-on (SSO) login runs and JWT validation codes as you navigate through app routes.
- Authentication Storage: Secure HTTP-only cookies containing session validation tokens to verify your account identity.
- UI State & Preferences (Local Storage): We use browser local storage (like
project-storage) to remember your sidebar navigation configurations, pinned projects, and active theme settings across different login sessions. - Diagnostics & Performance: Aggregated anonymous cookies that monitor site error rates, API speed, and general loading indicators. We do not track individual user click histories outside RHA One.
3. Catalog of Storage Tokens
| Key / Name | Purpose | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| __rha_token | JWT authorization cookie verifying active session credentials. | Session-based |
| project-storage | Browser LocalStorage tracking active sidebar pinned projects and folders. | Persistent (clears on logout) |
| __rha_oauth_state | Prevents CSRF attacks during single sign-on (OIDC) callback requests. | 15 minutes |
4. Managing Your Preferences
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. However, please note that disabling essential cookies or local storage tokens will prevent the RHA One platform from verifying your account login status or loading your workspace layouts correctly.
