Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting your organization data sources, or using the RHA One platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are signing up on behalf of an enterprise or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of Service & Workspace Scope

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access RHA One according to your subscription tier:

• Personal Workspaces: Scoped for individual trial, personal email domains, and limited capability tests.
• Team & Corporate Workspaces: Shared company workspaces resolved via OIDC single sign-on or professional email domains. Access control, role permissions, and group sharing policies are defined by your organization's administrator.

3. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate system integrity, bypass API endpoint safety boundaries, or exceed capability rates.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or reconstruct internal multi-agent loop orchestrations.
• Upload or process malicious scripts, malware, or illegal document materials.

4. Limitations of Liability

RHA One provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and high accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding agent output errors, API availability rates of third-party subprocessors, or network interruptions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Delhi, India**, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of New Delhi, India.
